"In this next variation it is called row the boat. The row a boat is again it is all these variations of different dance hall moves that specifically center around men. But everyone does it but these are center around men. So watch while Ray demonstrates. The name of this movement is called row the boat. Notice my arms going one direction and my knees goes to the other. So with a lot of these movement what you have to do is get your row boat and that is what us for Jamaicans bring to life for you right now. Let's slow it down a little bit, notice the arms go to this side and the legs go to the other side. Feet you get them as high as you can on those toes. Then we switch speed it up, switch, switch, switch, switch, switch, switch use those hips, use those feet, use those arms. Watch Robert's feet, watch his arms, turn to the side good. Watch exactly what he is doing and this is rowing the boat."
