"Today I'm going to teach you some advanced tap moves. Follow me. Okay, our next warm up we're going to do is going to add a little bit of syncopation and also some accent changes. Simple shuffles, heel changes, back slaps, but we're going to add a different kind of weight, a different dynamic to the heels and that's going to change the whole then. Okay, we're going to start with the right foot. Shuffle, step, heel, change back, step, heel. Left foot. Shuffle, step, heel, change back, step, heel. Make sure everything is nice and even. And what we're going to do now is we're going to add a different dynamic to our heels to make the accent change. We're going to stomp those heels. You can see how it started with straight and changes. So work on that one with the accent changes and that is your third advanced warm up."
