"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory, here in New York City. We are here to bring you freestyle techniques in hip hop dance. So now that you have the basic glide down, now I'm going to tune it up again a little bit. So again remember the whole concept is about putting that weight into that other foot gliding out and then putting that weight gliding out. So this time, come forward, forward, forward, forward, forward. Now take it back, back, back, back, back, back, back. To the side, side, pop, pop, glide, pop, glide, pop. Remember that foot does not make contact."
