"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory, here in New York City. We are here to bring you freestyle techniques in hip hop dance. So the next thing we are going to cover are glides. Now gliding is where you place all of your weight onto one leg. From that leg you then going to push back. So all the weight goes into that one leg four stars and same thing to the other side. Same thing on this side, same thing on this side. Your leg, this foot never touches the ground so let's try this exercise right here. 1,1,1, if you look at my foot it never touches the ground. That is the illusion in gliding. "
