"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory, here in New York City. We are here to bring you freestyle techniques in hip hop dance. So now what we are going to do is we are going to do a couple of popping exercises just to get you use to doing those pops. So the first one coming up on Ls and just pop, pop, pop, pop. Look at the flex of the muscle. Just pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. Then you can switch and go in different directions like Fresno and pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. You can take it lower pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, up pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. Now as you look at us popping and you see our hands moving, the hand is moving as a result of the flex so don't do this as you pop. It is part of the flex. "
