"Now we are going to show you the scale in tabs. So first we are going to zoom in and show you the actual tab and you're going to see this if you're especially doing internet expiration on the bass. You have a tab here and four strings, this is your tab string and this is your lower string. We start right here on the third fret lower string go up to this open, then second third right, zero, two, three, on your second string. Then zero, two, four, on your third string and we end open on the top string. So you have the three open strings on your tab and you start here on your three. If we go through and count up the scale we have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, then our one is right there on the open string. One, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, so very simple easy scale and go through and get that pattern under your fingers. (playing) Go through and get it until you get that pattern memorized, we're going to show you how to utilize that pattern in the next couple of tracks to come."
