"Now that we have G major down we can go through and learn our second chord A minor. Which is the minor chord which is derived of the exact same scale. So using your exact same chart, if we look at it and if we start on A, we have a new scale A, B, C, D, E, F sharp, G, A. So we're going A to A. You can hear the difference between that when I play it A. That's your A minor scale. We're going to use this in our next couple of segments. This is the exact same scale as G major except for making A the root. By emphasizing A on the down beat it makes it a whole new work."
