"So here we are on our ninth measure and we have an E flat minor and that's our four minor, right? B, C, D, E, E flat minor. And then we go to our one minor again for two measures. So a nice simple progression, but notice we're using a lot of minor chords. So even though we're not staying within that major harmony, I will still show you how to utilize the major scale and to find the patterns to walk over an E flat minor and a B flat minor. And we're just going to use our C minor scale pattern actually to utilize that, so we just take the same scale pattern and shift it around so it fits off the two roots here. And I'll show you those roots right now, if you take a look at the bass. Here we have our B flat, right? And we've got to get to our four, one, three, four. So E flat minor to B flat minor, E flat for two measures to B flat for two. So you have E flat here and B flat here. So you go through and really get those Latin bass notes down and just going through and doing the analyzation really helps to get that scale under your pattern, or scale pattern under your fingers. So go through and write down your next four measures. "
