"RYAN LARSON: Again, we have the different loudness issues with the shakers. So, you really want to be soft and delicate especially if you're going to use a loud shaker. A small shaker, now, listen to this. See how easy I can overkill that. So, you really want to think delicate. And I can keep back that one and may be build it up a little bit louder. So, you can get this wide variety of volume levels just out of one simple shaker. It's really important to try to keep in the same or appropriate volume range as the band or the people you are playing shakers with."
