"RYAN LARSON: Now, we're going to take the triplet and just do it in a one hand fashion and we're just going to do rhythm with it. You want to do it at every other beat, 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4-1. So, I'm just doing it by moving my hands quick like this and the weight of all the beads moving around here does the movement itself. So, I'm really just going like this with my hand, it is going. So, move it back and forth twice. You gotta just-it takes practice then you'll have this down pat. Again, unified."
