"In this clip now we're going to have fun, we're going to have a lot of energy, power, action, swing. Swing is a very, very fun dance to dance on the floor. And it remind us of this beautiful time of the big orchestra, the big bands. In the, so far we've seen slow, slow, and quick, quick. Now we're going to talk about syncopation. It's called the triple step. Why it's called triple step? Because we have three steps to dance. It's going to be, side, together, side; I'm going to repeat this, side, together, side; and side, together, side. If we take a closer view to my feet, I'm going to start with the left going, side, now I bring my right leg together, and then I make an extra step to the side, side. I'm going to repeat this from the very beginning; side, together, side; side, together, side; triple step, triple step, triple step. This is half of the swing we're going to continue completing the step in the follower clips."
