Video Transcript

"In this clip we're going to talk about the foxtrot. It's the smoothest, the most beautiful and most difficult dances of all the soft international styles. We're going to start showing how the leader moves. This is going to be a slow, slow, quick, quick dance. So the leader starts with the left foot going forward, slow, the right foot forward, slow. Now we're going to move side together, quick, quick. I'm going to go back now; it's going, slow, slow, quick, quick; moving forward, slow, slow, quick, quick; going back, slow, slow, quick, quick. This is going to look like this; slow, slow, quick, quick; and going, back, back, quick, quick. This is the beginners, leaders, foxtrot; quick, quick."
