Video Transcript

"In this clip we're going to see how the follower can follow the lead, not only with the basic box set, but also going around the floor, and making this waltz so rhythmically, musically, and fun entertaining dance. I'm going to start with my right leg going back; back, side, together; forward, side, together; toe up, up; down, up, up. Now I'm going to start moving around, 2,3; 1,2,3; ground, 2,3. The follower is going to follow, and each time I step back, I go with my toe. Each time I step forward, I get my heel; 1,2,3; 1,2, settle; 1,2,3; 1,2,3. This is very important that you get your heel off, and you get your toes; heel forward, toes back. For men and for women, followers and leaders."
