"In this clip, we're going to talk about the followers, how to follow a rumba. We're going to talk a little bit about posture. We should stand tall. Okay? Tucked in and ready to give our leader this support. Okay? This is the movement. So, we're going to be and this, this is going to be my right hand. Okay? And we're going to have this posture ready to follow the guidance. I'm going to start going back with the right foot. Usually, in the most ballroom dances, the lady is going to go back with the right foot. So, I'm going to start now. Going back slow, then side together. Now, I'm going to complete the box going forward. Slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, a quick, quick. This is a box. I'm going to show the box from the different angle so you can see how we ladies, the followers, start going back. I'm going to repeat. So, we going to say, slow, a quick, quick, slow, a quick, quick. This is a box for the followers in a rumba."
