Video Transcript

"In this clip, we're going to start dancing the Son Cubano, where the rumba comes from. Son Cubano is a four beat dance, but we only dance three steps. I'm going to show you, starting with my feet, how we're going to move. We're going to do one, two, three, four. I repeat with the other leg. One, two, three, four. Again, it's a slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick. This is called a box. A rumba, this is a very, very basic step for women and for men. Also, we can call leaders and followers. I'm going to repeat also the Cuban motion with this steps. So it's going to be slow a quick, quick, slow, a quick, quick, slow, a quick, quick, slow, basic rumba. Basic rumba."
