"The next part I'm going to be talking about is the IO window. The IO window basically stands for the input output view. On my tracks I have on the screen right now, it's not showing the input output view. What I can do is go to this little icon in the west corner and turn on the IO view. This will show me this little; this brings in this IO menu. What I can do is I can choose my input which is this top one and this bottom, the backup row is the output. Right below that is the volume and the panning. You can assign the input and the output to buses or any input and output on the interface. This is how you basically like bus tracks into each other or you can record. Right now I have my record set at input one. So all I have to do is make sure each of these are on input one to record on any of these tracks. And for everybody's system, it will be different."
