"Deleting tracks is a pretty easy process. You can delete one track or as many tracks as you want at the same time. The only thing you really got to make sure you do is you select the track that you're trying to delete. If you don't select the track you're trying to delete, you're going to end up deleting something completely different than you want. When you go into Pro Tools, make sure that you select the audio name. So by clicking and making sure it's highlighted, so whatever tracks are going to be highlighted are the ones that are going to be deleted. If you wanted to select multiple tracks, you can hold down the shift button and it'll highlight every track within two tracks that you selected or you can hold down the alt and de-select some tracks and just select certain ones. To actually delete them, press file and delete selected tracks and they should be deleted. You can't undo it, but you can create new ones if you deleted the wrong ones. But let's delete the rest of these too."
