"The next thing I'm going to explain is the mix and edit windows. There's basically two windows within Pro Tools. The edit window is basically where you can edit all your wav forms, arrange your wups, and do and arrange the actual sounds. The mix window is basically just a visual mixer. If you look at the screen right now, I'm in the edit window. This edit window is where you can record onto each of these tracks and move any of the wav forms, whatever. If I go to "Windows", and "Show Mix", this will bring me to my mix window and it'll show me like the channel strips of each track, and I can move them, I can duplicate tracks, and whatever I need to do within this window. I could also change this window if there's a lot of tracks within my mix, I can also change this wav to a narrow mix window which brings everything a little bit smaller so you can see everything and fit everything in just one window."
