"When changing the resolution, it's basically changing the way it comes in. It's putting time and correction on the way in. It's quantizing whatever MIDI data you're putting, you're recording to your sequencer and fixing it. To effect the MIDI data coming in, what you can do is you can change this resolution bar, which basically you can change it to whatever type of quantization you want. You could also do this within the menu bar and go into the track edit and quantizing within the top edit screen. And you can actually edit from certain measures to, a certain amount of measures, in a certain way of quantizing it. There's, this one on the way in is probably the better one to use just because it comes automatically. So, if I play, if I record some type of drum onto my sequence it's going to automatically quantize it on the way in according to what's there. So, when I play it and I loop it, it's going to be on time."
