" Hey guys! I'm Philip and I am going over how to set up a drum set, and right now we are going to go over how to set up a floor tom. These three legs again, tripod, are going to hold up this floor tom. If you can see there are these chrome little obtrusions on the outside. What you do with these is you want to turn the floor tom on to its side, pick up one of the legs and you just beat it straight through; and it's the same mechanism that holds on all your cymbal stands. You just tighten this and then rotate, go to the next one and do the exact same thing over and over and set it up. What I do when I set it up is I get it up first of all and then from there, I will adjust the tilt and the height and everything; just take one step at a time. That is how you set up a floor tom. "
