"Hello girls, this is Portia again with bellymotions.com. Let us continue our figure eights of the pelvis. Feet are flat, tucked in and lifted arms. We are going to reverse our figure eights for what is known as the Turkish eight. You are going to take your head, push it back and pull it in and on the other side. Imagine your hips are big ice cream scoopers and you are reaching out and slowly scooping ice cream, try it with me, and 1, and 2. And now I will show you from the side, 1 and 2 bringing it in and in and now I will show you from the back. In and in twist and twist, right foot and left foot, right hip and left hip and twist, twist, twist from the side and twist it, twist. It will take you sometime to gain flexibility until you learn how to isolate this movement. Bear with me and take your time. It will come. Last one and release."
