" Yo! What is going world this is Q Burdette once again on behalf of Expert Village basically showing you some more of the fundamentals of break dancing and beat boying. What we have here is ground freezes it is really easy you could start it off as a beginner move on up as a advance. Basically what you are going to do is be creative on the ground you know what I'm saying when you are going around 6 step you are just going to stop and freeze in a few poses. It may look uncomfortable but you are making it look easy. So this is just a sample of one of mines no real name for it but you just got your knees to the front, turn your body to the side, put this right elbow on this left knee, and go on your hands and just balance it just hold it. Get use to that and you go around on your 6 step, go right in to your freeze, boom go back to your 6 step and it looks like this. Alright keep it original, keep it moving. sweet!"

on 8/2/2008 That's called a baby freeze, or a very sloppy variation of it...one of the most basic, and easiest, moves of breakdancing. A four year old could do it.
