"Now I'm going to show you how to execute a lindy. A lindy is a step that can be used for traveling. It can also be used in place by traveling side to side. You're going to start by stepping out to the right. You're going to hop and switch feet. Step out to the right again, pick up the left foot, and do a ball change. So on the balls of your foot, you're going to rock back and front. Now the foot that's back is going to travel back to the left. Step, together, step. Pick up the right foot, rock back and front. Step, together, step. Rock back, and front. Step, together, step. Rock back, and front. If you want to add another dimension to the lindy, you can start by flapping with your right foot.
