" On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Paul Louis from Puppets and Stuff Puppets and I like to welcome you on how to start you very own puppet company. Okay lets talk about incorporating your puppet company. Now I though it was a good idea to incorporate myself when I started my puppet company puppets and stuff puppets so what I did was I contacted the department of state and I contacted that corporation division and they talked me though the whole processes. They sent me the require forms and they help me fill out the all the forms. A lot of people has a misconception when you corporate it cost tons and tons of money, you need a lawyer, you need this that and other thing. You really don't. It is very easy to incorporate just call your department of state they would be more then happy to talk to thought the process. There are filing fees of course but, I think I only payed about $99 at the time but that was about you know 12 years ago so maybe the fee has gone up but probably not much. Again you don't have to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars to incorporate yourself."
