"Hello my name is Paul Volniansky and I'm here on behalf of expertvillage.com we are learning how to improve our video taping skills. In this section we are learning about the camera movements. Lets start with the first movement that is called tilt down. The tilt down is when I'm videotaping from out to down with the tripod up. It could be of course with out the tripod and to tilt up it is when I'm videotaping from down to up. The important rule when we are taping tilt down or tilt up before we go down or up to give some time of maybe lets suppose 10-20 seconds and then only tilt down or tilt up. When we are already down or up you should also stop."
