"Step Pivot. We're going to take the basic step pivot and we're going to add arms to step pivot. Jazz hands down. We're going to take the arms and press up, extending, one and two. Make sure that the arms are in alignment with the ears, they're not forward, they are in directly alignment with the ears. Then you're going to bring it down, three and four. Again, press one, two, down three, elbows are out; not back, three and four. Again press up, two, three and four. Press up, six. Now with the feet, right foot up and an one, stay in plie, three and four, head goes with the body, three and four. Press, one, two, three and four, and five, six, seven, eight. Left side, five, six, plie left foot. Press two, three and four. Press up six, seven again. Stay in a demi plie, making sure your movement is sharp, five, six, seven, hold eight."
