"Okay, after working our abdominals, we want to stretch the muscles, so we're going to go down on the floor, and we're just going to go into a yoga Cobra Stretch. Our head is down, the legs are lengthen up, the arms up front and from here you're going to bring your arms underneath you and you're going to lift up in arch, two, three, hold it there, four and release down slowly, six, seven and eight, making sure the legs are in parallel. And again and lift up, one, taking the head first, arching up, four, trying to keep that pelvic on the floor and release down, six, seven and eight. You can also add to this exercise, you can add your feet. We're going to take the head down and then we're going to lift up, arch one, two, really lift arch high, three and four, take your feet up and feel that stretch in the lower back and the upper back, in the middle of your back and release down, everything releases down at the same, six, seven and eight."
