Ok we're going to do the hamstring stretch. Again we want to make sure always that the spine is nice and long. You don't want our backs to contract back. You want to lift up one and two. We're going to take our arms to the side three and four, we're going to point our feet five and six, we're going to go down on the floor seven and eight. Our head is lifted to the ceiling, our face is looking at the ceiling, our arms are out in second position. We're going to take our right leg in to our chest, this is called a parallel position. You don't want the foot to be down, you want to open up. You're going to hold underneath your thigh, you're going to hold it one, eight counts, three, four hold it there close to the chest, six, seven, and eight. From here we're going to devilapay (phonetic) the leg, we're going to stretch it back, one, two hold it there, three, four keep it there flex the foot, five, six, seven and eight. Point, one, two, bring that leg straight down keeping the knee straight, three and four, you're going to bend it in, five, six, seven. Other leg comes in, your left leg comes in and press it in. One, two, three hold it, four again in that parallel position, seven and eight. We're going to take the leg and devilapay up and back, two, three and four and flex that foot hold it there keeping that knee straight, seven and eight. And point down, one, straight leg two, three, four you bend the knee in, five, six and you hold seven and eight.
