"Second position technique with port de bras of the arms. Making sure your back is long, hips are in the right correct position, not under but up and forward. Arms are going to ports de bras through first position. You're going to open to second, three and four. From here, we're going to reach out. One, two, making sure the head is front, and you're going to stretch side, five, six, seven, eight, making that arm is close to the ear. Coming up, one, two, recovering to your second position. three and four. Again and reach, lift up one, two and reach side, again five, six, stretching, head is front, seven and eight. Recovering, one, two, three and four. From here we're going to bring the arms up to high fifth, one two. We're going to take the body to the right leg. And port de bras leading with the chest, every thing's in position. And stretch, the chest is to the knee, not the head, five, six, seven and eight. Coming up in one piece, one, two. Coming back to center, three and four. Left side, one, two and port de bras reach, one, two, stretch long, reach those arms out, three and four. Coming up in one piece, five, six, staying in that position, seven and eight. Recovering, one, two, three, four, arms second, five, six, out to second, seven and eight."
