We're going to do our straight leg stretch with the pointing and flexing of the feet and a Port de bras. First thing, we want to make sure our upper body is lifted; we're not sitting back. From here we're going to bring everything up and forward. The arms are to the side not back. Again, no weight on the back of your arms. From here we're going to take our legs and we're going to stretch our feet, pointing straight ahead, parallel. Your toes come straight back to you; not winging out to the side, but straight back. And again, point one, hold on two, straightening the knees, everything, pulling everything out, flex back three and four. We're going to point the feet one, two. From here the arms are going to come through first position; high fifth. Now, we're going to Port de bras over, again, leading with the chest. One, everything is in alignment, two, three and four, holding your feet or your ankles. It just depends on the flexibility that you have to stretch. Five, six, seven, taking your chest to your knees, and eight, coming up in one piece. One, two, three and four. Flex the feet and Port de bras, reach long, two, three and four, again, making sure the chest not the head is to the knees, seven and eight. Coming up, one, two, in one piece, three and four, pointing the feet, five, six, seven, arms open on eight and down.
