"Now we're going to start working on the mid section of our body. So we're going to start with a ports de bras section and side stretch. We're going to make it very basic. We're going to put the right hand on the waist and the left arm is going to go up to a high fifth position. From here we're going to stretch in the waist line. Our feet are in a parallel second so we can take our stretch to the max. Come back to center. The left arm will go down one, two, three and four. The right arm comes up, one, two. Again, lift up and stretch, five, six, seven, eight, making sure the head is front. Coming up one, two, three, four, arm comes down, five, six, seven, eight. From here we're going to take both arms up to high fifth, lifting up, lifting up in the upper body and arch. Coming up, one, two, three, four, centering the body, arms open, five, six, down on seven and eight."
