"Now we're going to warm up our shoulders. Again, the body's in complete alignment, we're going to take our right shoulder and try to lift it to your ear, not moving your head at all and release it down. Again, and lift and release. And the lift and release. And a lift, other side and don't move the head at all, just isolate the one part of your body. Lift and release. And a lift and release and a lift and release. From there, we're going to take both shoulders up not moving the head again, only one part of the body. We lift up, one two, release down three, press it down on four. And one two, down three four. Again, and a one two, down three four. And last time, a one two, down three four. Now we're going to take and do our shoulder roll. We have to make sure that our jazz hands are front. We're going to lift the right shoulder, roll it in the shoulder blade forward, then we're going to take it center. We're going to lift it forward and center. And the forward and center, and the forward, other side, re-roll forward, and center, and forward and center and forward and center, and forward and center. Last time, and forward and center and everything's back in alignment."
