"It's very important that we also warm up our neck muscles taking it into each position. We're going to start making sure everything is alignment. And the head goes down, one, two, you're going to roll into that tilt position, three, four, and release back looking to the ceiling, five, six, and go to the tilt on the left. Seven and eight take it down. Again, to the left side and a one, two to the tilt and release back, three, four and side, five, six, taking it down, seven here we go. And up tempo, one, two go back, three, four and side, five, six, seven and eight. To the left and roll, two, three, four, side, five, down six, last time, seven and really move and work through those muscles, three and four, five, six, roll up seven and eight."
