"PETER VAN DYCK: Sticking warm-up 1. What we're going to do here is combine singles and doubles into a warm-up. We're going to play eight strokes of singles and then 16 strokes of doubles. I'll demonstrate a few times. Notice the doubles are played twice as fast as the singles. I'll show you one more time."
