"PETER VAN DYCK: Here's the double-paradiddle rudiment. This is like the paradiddle, except it adds two more single strokes. We have a right, a left, a right, a left. And then here's where we add the double on the right. Thus, the second part of the double paradiddle starts with the left: Left, right, left, right and a double on the left to turn it back around. Here's the double paradiddle, slowly. Medium tempo. And fast."
