"Restringing an acoustic guitar is slightly different than the electric and the nylon string that we looked at earlier. Let's take a look at the bridge on this acoustic guitar. You've got these pegs here that hold the string in place. There is a ball on the end of these strings similar to the solid body electric that we looked at earlier. The string would be put in here, the ball end would be put in this hole through which this peg is now inserted. The ball would go in there, then you would put the peg in, hold the peg down with your finger and pull the string up until the ball catches at the bottom of this peg. That will hold it in place like the tying of the knot did on the nylon string guitar. Once it's in there, you're going to bring it up to the headstock, here, and the process will be the same as on the solid body electric. You want to make sure that the hole goes left to right and that you go from the inside, through to the outside. Hold it up about three, four inches of slack and tighten it up."
