"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Nathan Bugh, and with me is my talented student Shannon Sharoney. We are here at Dance Manhattan Studios in New York City, to teach you Balboa and other Swing-era dances. Another position for Balboa is what I like to call the Mush position, there's lots of names for it. This is the most authentic Balboa position. The partners are pressed closely together, that way we can feel the motion in each other's bodies. We're going to demonstrate the Balboa step using this position. Five, six, seven, and step, step, hold, step, step, step hold. Step, step, step, hold. Step, step, step, hold. With a little bit of a turn. Step, step, step, hold. Step, step, step, hold. Step, step, step, hold. Step, step, step, step, step, step, step, step, da, da!"
