"I'll show you now how to do a B doubling. It's on B and the basic motion is lift your left index finger and place it back down and your right index finger and place it back down. By itself, the B grace note, the B doubling sounds like this. You can come to it from any note on the scale so I'll play it starting from a low G. And up to time, sped up, it sounds like this. Again, with all the doublings, it's important to keep the finger motions separate and the best way to do that is to practice them very slowly and deliberately, up, down, up down. And when you speed them up, the definition will still be there."
