"In this clip, we're going to do more of a freestyle. So, in this clip, the movement is, we're going to bring our arms in and out. Usually, during this time, in Africa in certain villages, they like to compete. In the village, different young people, men and women, and they like to show what they have. So we're going to freestyle and you just move around and you circle or you go side to side. And it's just a bom, bom bah move and jump. As you jump bom, bom. You lift, bom bom. Bom, bom. So you just one two, bom, bom, bom, bom, bom. And then you can also go side to side with the right and left. Again contract, release. Make sure your back is straight and your knees are bent and you bring it in and out. You bring your arms out more to make the movement bigger to show what you have. And it's a freestyle movement and you move around."
