"In this clip, we're going to do some foot movements, some fancy foot movements. Now what I'm going to show you is very popular amongst many African dances. You go one, two, three, with your right foot starting. One, two, three, you're almost lifting yourself up. One, two, three, bum-bum-bum, bum-bum-bum. So very slowly, we lift our left foot, two, three. Lift out left foot, one, two, three, Then we lift our right foot, one, two, three, and we continuously do that. Bum-bum-bum, bum-bum-bum. The foot is almost a drum in itself, one, two, three. One, two, three, one, two, three, let's try it a little slower. One, two, three, lift the right. One, two, three, your slightly jumping yourself off. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three."
