Video Transcript

"In this clip, the next movement will focus on stepping back, and then forward, so, with your foot, as we give the break which is communication from the drummer to the dancer, you step, you turn with your left foot and come back with your right. Step, out, and step, out, and step, out. As you step out step, out and turn. So left, right, left, right. You turn back to the front. Step out, one two. Again, the similar doom-doom-ba movement, your going to contract, release, step, out, one, two, step, out, one, two. When you come back forward, when you come up on the left, left right. It's a continuous movement, one, two. You turn as you bring those arms up and down. Remember, keep the strength, you may be tired."
