"In this clip, we're going to focus on lifting our knees side to side. This is an additional movement so when you lift your knee at the beginning of the movement, again, your still strong, your fists are enclosed, you bring your right knee up, you bring your right knee up and left knee up. Now when you bring your right knee up, step, right knee up, right, left, left knee up, left, right, then you step as you lift up your knee. Step, one, two, and bom, one, two, and bom. As you step up, you're catapulting that knee up. So we're going to go very slow. Lift, one, two, three, lift, left, right, left, right, right, left, right, left, left, right, left, right, right, left, right, left, left, right, left."
