"In this clip, we're going to focus on technique. The technique and the focus of the last movement. So, when we go down on our right, make sure your hands are in a fist and your right foot is on your heel and you suck in your abdomen. So you're going to release, you're going to contract this area, your abdomen and release. Contract, release, contract. So when you go down, contract, release, down, then you're going to turn. One, two, three, turn on four. One, two, three, turn on four, one, two, three, turn on four. Now when we add the jump, the technique of that. One, two, three, turn, one, two, three, then jump on four. Lift, hop, hop, jump, lift the left leg, hop, hop, hop. Again, and jump, lift, and hop, hop, hop, jump, lift, hop, hop, hop."
