"In this clip, we are going to expound on the first three movements and we're going to speed it up a bit. So let's review the first to the third movement. Go down and up. Remember strength, your back is straight and your knees are slightly bent. Now for the next movement, I'm going to sing with my mouth a break. A-king-ka-king-king-ka-king-king-king. So we go up, and king-ka-king-king-ka-king-king-king, then we change, turn, turn, turn, down, up, turn, turn, down, up. Make sure that you go down and up. This is going to help your body and build strength because this is, remember, the dance of the strong man."
