"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Pat Louis. Here in Miami I'm going to show you today how to set up a drum kit. Now the big floor Tom Tom's is the last thing you want set up because once you get the spacial preference between these two you want to get your floor Tom Tom set. These are the legs they come separate you can turn this upside down to set them and it has it's own little butterfly screw so that you can loosen it and adjust the height. Some people like it a little higher some people like it a little lower that is entirely up to your taste. Also when you get into your drum set you want to know that if you're sitting here how far that is going to be away from the other two. You don't want to get hung up on this top two but this is an interesting thing too that most drummers will do. They will actually take a piece of tape and a little napkin and they'll use this to adjust the actual sound. By itself it has a sort of a tymphany type sound, if you want it dentin that a little bit you just put a piece of tape on it and it becomes a little bit flat. You can also make that a fatter sound by loosen these and the head becomes a little softer and you have a nice fat sound to the Tom Tom's."
