"Hi. Now you're going to learn how to shimmy. The shimmy is a very classic and powerful movement. I will recommend that students think about something good because the shimmy come with, the energy is from earth. You're going to have your feet flat and you're going to slightly bend your knees and you're going to start to shake your hips but the energy is kind of come from the earth, you know, come from down to up. And basically, slowly, that's the movement that you're going to be doing. Up and down your knees and up and down your hips. But it's very small movement when you really start to shimmy, so that's movement that you're going to be doing. You're going to bend your knees, you're going to shake your hips and you're going to help your hips with your knees. You're going to do faster and faster and faster and faster and when you really, really, really, really doing it very fast, you can grow to your tip toes and this is the full shimmy. In the shimmy you can incorporate some hands, some arms, but this is the shimmy. With the shimmy you can turn, you can walk. And, like I said, think about something good because this is a very very powerful movement."
