"Now you're going to learn how to figure eight your hips. This is a very classic movement and very easy too and looks really good in your choreography. So basically you are going to bend your knees and you going make a full circle with your right hips and you going to go front, side, back. And you are going to do the same movement with your left side. So you're going to go front, side, back and remember Belly Dancing's about isolation ok? Sometimes I'm moving a little bit because I want you to see the movement but once you performing you going to be having just the hips making the movement and moving ok? So once again front, side, back, front, side, back. Front, side, back, front, side, back and you can do the, the inversion that will be the left side front, back, side, front, back, side. Front, back, side, front, back, side and your knees also helps because you have your knees bent and your knees always help your hips in Belly Dance. So I'm going to do faster so you can see how this movement should be looking like ok? Five, six, seven, eight and you just learned how to figure eight your hips."
