"Now, I am going to show you another classic step. It's called hip drop kick. You are going to have the same position as the hip drop in the diagonal facing the audience. The audience is always in front of you. You are going to turn your body to the diagonal. You are going to tart the drop that I showed you already. The movement is like you are about to sit on a chair. Then, you are going to incorporate a kick with the sit. Now, I'm going to do it in tempo. You can have different tempos; you can have two counts or you can just have 1 count of hip drop; or you can have more pauses between the kicks. The most common tempo is 1-2, 1-2, 1-2. You just learned how to hip drop kick."
