"Hi, now you are going to learn some basic steps for Belly Dance. This one is called Hip Drop. The hip drop is usually done in the diagonal position with the classic kairo arms with your front leg bent. I would like to work with my right side because it is my best side. You can work with your best side. The hip drop basically; you are going to moving your hips like you are sitting. I am moving more than I should because I am doing it slowly. This is the movement. You are going to have your front leg bent, your back leg is going to be bent too. The diagonal position will be used for your front leg. In a kairo arms -- do the hip drops in the kairo arms or in normal arms. You will be sitting. You will twist your arms like you are going to sit. Now I'm going to do it in tempo like you are supposed to do. And you just learned how to hip drop, belling dancing style."
