"hi one of the most important things to learn before you start to dance is believe it or not is breathe, because if you cannot breathe then you cannot move so as a dancer and as an artist we breathe a little bit different than everybody else because we need to be prepared to move and to hear a beat so we use the diaphragm to breathe. To find your diaphragm, the diaphragm is located in this area. Ok, when you normally breathe you usually use the lung breathing that is something that is not very noticeable. As a dancer you should be using your diaphragm breathing that is this one. In order to find your diaphragm you can place your hand on your stomach and fill your diaphragm with air. Inhale, Exhale. Inhale, Exhale. Inhale, Exhale and this is how you find your diaphragm breathing"
