To find your diaphragm, the diaphragm is located in this area. Ok, when you normally breathe you usually use the lung breathing that is something that is not very noticeable. As a dancer you should be using your diaphragm breathing that is this one. In order to find your diaphragm you can place your hand on your stomach and fill your diaphragm with air. Inhale, Exhale.
